Have you tried our A to Z Section?
updated 3 June 2011
All survey invitations for the 2011 national GMC survey were sent out in May and the closing date for completion is 22 July 2011.
Oxford has consistently had a high completion rate for the Trainee Survey and it is important we build on this success.
The results of the survey (including comments) that are released to the Deaneries are completely anonymised. There is no way that the Deaneries can identify individual respondents and where the number of respondents is less than three in a report, the data is not given.
With both the Trainer and the Trainee surveys the results are treated by the GMC anonymously and any statistics provided to the Deanery is fully anonymous and untraceable. The results from both surveys will directly influence policy development in Oxford and will be used to improve the quality of training and support to both trainees and trainers.
This is a GMC Survey and you should refer to the below guidelines for information should you have any problems. However, if the GMC have been unable to help, or if you have any particular questions which are not addressed on the GMC website then please contact gmcsurveys@Oxforddeanery.nhs.uk and we will try to help.
We have provided the GMC with a list of our trainees (with the exception of Out of Programme, who are not included). Please wait to be invited to complete the survey by the GMC. You should expect an invitation if you were:
All trainees must take note that participation in the survey is viewed as a professional requirement of your training and needs to be completed as part of your training contract. Please retain any certification or reference numbers issued by the GMC at the point of survey completion and include these in your portfolio to be produced at your RITA or ARCP.
We have provided the GMC with a list of trainers for whom we hold accurate and complete contact details and this information has been sourced from our Trusts. You should expect an invitation if you were:
